Refunds and Exchange Policy

At Ballybearart we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we offer refunds and exchanges subject to the following terms:

 Refunds

We accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at ballybearart@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

 Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

 Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

 Exchanges

 We offer exchanges for items of the same value within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at ballybearart@hotmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process the exchange. If the requested item is available, we will ship it to you within 5-7 business days of course depending on which part of the world you are in it might take a little bit longer. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or store credit.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at ballybearart@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Please provide photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item to expedite the resolution process.

Final Sale Items

 Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please check the product description carefully before making your purchase.
